As a registered dietitian, food and nutrition are both Bob’s passion and a hobby as he works to innovate and change the paradigm of the higher-education dining experience.

Over the past 15 years, Matt has a proven track record in culinary management, financials, and overall leadership in all aspects of contract food service. Matt is a creative problem solver with the ability to create a change-oriented workplace, increase revenue pipelines and operationally efficiencies. Previously Matt held positions as System Executive Chef, Regional Executive Chef and System Director of Operations within contract food service.

Gina Groome joins the Genuine Foods family with more than 14 years of experience in the foodservice and hospitality industry. As regional marketing director for more than ten years at a large global company, she drove all marketing efforts for more than 40 accounts and over $250 million in sales in higher education. looks forward to leading the marketing efforts at Genuine Foods to provide a strong marketing and communications team platform that shines outwardly into an amazing guest experience with every Genuine Foods partnership.

Corporate Executive Chef, Higher Education

Phillip brings over 25 years of professional cooking experience to the team at Genuine Foods. His experience covers a wide spectrum of foodservice styles, including restaurant work, custom catering, private banquets, and food service management. Phillip thoroughly enjoys all aspects of the culinary arena, especially the ability to be creative and problem solve. His passion is serving good food and creating the framework for consistent delivery to do so every day. Prior to joining Genuine Foods, Phillip earned several awards for excellence in performance in his previous roles.
